Have you no humanity?Did you not see the girl?
Perhaps you wanted to escape the punishment of death by running away.
But can you live with guilt the rest of your life?
I understand that you feel scared, you didn't want to get put to death because of an accident. At least in your point of view it was an accident because you were talking on the phone.
But I guess this teaches a lesson to all drivers out there to never talk on a phone while driving, I suppose.
But all in all, I don't think you should run away. You risked a life so you can get away scott free. But look here, you don't technically live a free life after that, 'cause can you live with betraying your conscience in the first place?
Don't think that you're so skillful that you can talk on the phone and drive at the same time, because apparently, reality proved you wrong.
I don't know for what reason you accelerated, but don't you find it weird that your car went over a bump on a perfectly straight road? And even though the girl is small sized, there would definitely be a 'thud' sound when you hit her.
WHY DIDN'T YOU CARE?
And you pretend that nothing is wrong, and no one is watching, and just ran over her another time.
I couldn't help but cry for her.
Then, people who lack a sense of sympathy, or empathy, and definitely HUMANITY, people who were cold-blooded, just walked passed the girl lying in a pool of blood in the middle of the road, and act as if they didn't see her. You have eyes, but perhaps you don't deserve them. You have a heart, with no compassion. You have hands and legs but perhaps others who don't have it deserve it more than you do. Don't you think that you guys, having the ability to help, SHOULD help?! I mean, the girl is lying motionless in a pool of blood on the road, it's a very glaring and awkward thing? Wouldn't you go and take a look at all?
Perhaps it was also wrong for the parents to leave her walking around on the road, but even after she was knocked over, she could have lived if the first person who saw her, actually had the heart to go over and help. But now, a life is gone. And this proves how this world lacks the humanity that it should have. But apparently we all live in a world that is sinful. People are getting less humane.
I guess now there's nothing that differentiate humans from animals, is there?
What has the world become into?
I am now wondering how the people who walked pass can actually live a normal and proper life.
And the world now has judged the Chinese differently now. And I mean in a bad way. Me, being a Chinese myself, feels upset and mad that I'm being stereotyped. Because not all of us are the same. Some of us actually do have the compassion that others lack. I'm sorry to say this.
I pray for that poor girl.
