Ever since Kpop Hallyu wave hit Singapore around midyear in 2009, I have quite adored all the SM entertainment artists. From SHINee,

and of course, the band I like the most,
Super Junior.

They debuted as the largest group with 13 members, but I think that there may be many other groups that will beat that record in the near future.
However, currently, there are only 9 members that are active in Super Junior.
1 of them, HanKyung, has filed a lawsuit against SMent, and therefore quitting his job at SMent, and continuing his career as a singer in his home country, China.
Although HanKyung has already dropped the lawsuit against SM, there is no evidence that he is returning to Super Junior.
KangIn, is currently serving in the korean military. He was suspended from all his activities in 2010, because it was heard he got himself into a fight after drinking. After that, he then decided to leave for the military during his suspension. He will finish his military service only in July, 2012.
KiBum, 1 of the youngest in Super Junior, has decided to pursue his acting career.
Although is was rumored that he would be joining the 5th album, Mr Simple, this year, but that remained as a rumor. Up till now, ELFs have not heard about when KiBum would come back.
As for HeeChul, the 1 who is deemed as "weird", has left for his military service not long ago, in September this year.
He is 28 this year, and in Korea, every 28 year old man has to go to serve in the military, although you may choose to go earlier when you want to, like in KangIn's case. But 28 years old is the deadline. You. Have. To. At. Least. Start. To. Go. When. You. Are. 28.
For celebrities, you can choose to extend your "deadline", however, HeeChul wants to do his part to protect his country, so he chose to go this year, leaving countless fans upset upon hearing the news. However, they are also relieved, knowing that KangIn and HeeChul are now together.
LeeTeuk would be serving his military duties somewhere next year. And ELFs are now starting to grieve, knowing that Super Junior will never remain a group with the full number, 13.
Here comes the worst news.
When I first heard of Kpop in 2009, and started to research more on them in 2010, SMent, in my eyes, are not technically, very bias.
Yet.
I did like all the artist in SM, and I adored them, having the ability to produce such good artists. Then I realised, SMent, when choosing their artists, they choose by looks, not talent. And JYP, they choose by talent. And so I found out that although JYP artists aren't as famous as SM's, but they are able to win awards based on their abilities, like Miss A.
Yes, I am saying that SOME of SM artists may not have won based on their abilities.
Let's take 2010 Golden Disk Award for example. Super Junior was winning in online votes, album sales, and digital sales. Everyone thought that Super Junior was going to win. And this Golden DIsk Award is a very high class award, where it shows how much effort you have put in that year. I think the stadium was filled with ELFs that day, waiting to hear the winner, and waiting to cheer and cry with Super Junior themselves. The only colour that could be seen on that day was pearl sapphire blue, the colour that represents Super Junior. But the results was the most unexpected, and it disappointed thousand of fans and of course Super Junior themselves. Although they didn't show it then, we could all see that they were trying to hold it in. Girls' Generation was the one who won. And Super Junior themselves knew it before they announced the winner. They stood up and went to congratulate members of Girls' Generation. But later on their respective twitter accounts, they showed their disappointment but at the same time, tried to console their fans. See how caring they were, even though they lost? They know that their fans came all the way in hope that they would win, so they consoled us, without consoling themselves first. Thousands left the stadium with tears on their faces. This made many ELFs dislike SMent, because it was obvious that Super Junior was winning, but in order to pacify their biased group, which is Girls' Generation, they bribed GDA. (Rumored, but we are still not sure up to this day.)
This year, 2011, especially, it was even more obvious to ELFs, that SMent is biased towards Girls' Generation. All the Music Videos of Super Junior, they only had 2 dancing scenes. And they were dancing in a box! As for GG, they had many different scenes so as to tell a story on what their music is trying to say. And is was again rumored that SM had to lower Super Junior's budget, because GG's one was too high! Technically I don't care if their's is too high because you made it too high! You have to be fair and let everyone have an equal budget. If you made it too high and resulted in a loss of money, that would be your problem!
Super Junior's manager had to even post online this year to salvage Super Junior. At least now ELFs know that there is at least one person working in SMent that is caring towards Super Junior. He mentioned that ELFs have to help Super Junior win the GDA this year, if not they would disband. Think I'm talking nonsense? Here's the evidence:

Now, they told us that ELFs have to do all they can to help Super Junior win GDA this year, because if they don't, Super Junior will disband. We will do our best, and we will win if you guys don't bribe people, don't do tricks under your sleeve and such! For the past few years, it was playing tricks. Trying to show that Super Junior was winning but the results tell a different story. Now, you upload your bias group videos everywhere, you reset Super Junior's videos so that they views are lowered, which are also counted in GDA, and you're telling us we have to help them win? Don't play tricks SM, never play with the bitch, 'cause our bites are worse than you can ever imagine. I. Will. Kill. You.
And, there is this certain Sone that came to Mr. Simple MV to post many mean things about Super Junior and ELFs. She, apparently thinks that Girls' Generation is the best. Well, technically it differs from person to person. But she was being so arrogant and ignorant. This is one thing i hate about SM biasing GG because giving them the princess treatment would equal to the development of arrogance in sones. I'm not stereotyping here, I am not saying that all are like that, I have friends that are sones and we are all friendly towards each other. But I am saying some are like that, because I've also read blogs of some of these people. I do not hate you all for being like that, it is not your fault. But it is also not right for SM to give GG the princess treatment. Okay, back to the topic, so this certain sone got bashed by lots of us ELFs, and so she retreated to where she belonged. Although she apologized later, but she still received treats that lasted for awhile only. They weren't death treats, no worries, we aren't like that ;) I think now it died down already. She did mentioned something, however, it was really "meaningful". She said that many other fandoms like GG but hate Super Junior. Quite the contrary, actually. When we didn't win in one of the Music Bank, many of the other fandoms like VIPs, Primadoona all came to console us. See the connection we all share. But for Sones, I would like to categorize them as more "independent". They stay close together, and reject any entrance of others. Hence, arrogance. (I'm truly sorry for all my sone friends :( ) You can find all the evidence in Mr. Simple MV comments, but it's probably at the very back. Kinda hard to find. People comment everyday.
Also, it was rumored that SM is afraid of HeeChul. With the absence of HeeChul, they are not mistreating Super Junior. I'm not really a fan of A-CHA, and we all know that they didn't win once with A-CHA. SM gave them a lousy song, and Super Junior have to promote that song ALL BY THEMSELVES. LeeTeuk and EunHyuk mentioned this in Sukira, you guys can go find by yourself.
With this post, I am not trying to make you side us ELFs, nor am I trying to make you hate Girls' Generation. I'm quite okay with them because it is not them that we should hate,(if you're considering hating them) but it should be the person behind all the tricks. It is not the whole of SMent, or the CEO, Lee Soo Man, but Kim Young Min. I will hunt him down if he were to make all of us cry again this year. I. Will. Hunt. Him. Down. And. Shoot. Him. Down. Like. A. Hunter. Hunting. For. A. Deer. That asshole. I'm the kind of bitch you never want to mess with in your life. Take note of that.
The saddest relationship among all fans and idols all over the world, it has to be the relationship between Super Junior and ELFs. We were discriminated, mistreated, misunderstood. And many of our boys faced car accidents, and Kyuhyun, almost died. He had a 20% chance of living and he survived, HeeChul had to undergo surgery and now a metal rod exist in his leg. Only about 1 or 2 members did not experience a car accident before. So all the more, we are cherishing our boys to the max right now. I'm not trying to gain pity, but SM is really, really, really crossing the line.
